Campaign/sale Prices are only available at the time of purchase. Price adjustments are not offered. No exceptions.
1. No Price Adjustments: Prices are fixed at the time of purchase, and no price adjustments will be offered.
2. Return/Exchange Policy: Customers must try on shoes to ensure fit, size, style, and color suitability. Shoes returned with visible scratches, marks, or dirt on the outer sole will not be accepted. Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery and completed within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Return Authorization: Customers must email feliciavillanueva@feliciavillanueva.online for a return authorization approval before returning items. Once received, a store credit valid for one year will be issued, minus the cost of shipping.
4. Faulty Items: Customers must contact customer service via email at feliciavillanueva@feliciavillanueva.online immediately upon receipt of delivery if they receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. Clear photos of the damage must be provided. The return process requires providing proof of purchase/order number and a description of the fault.
